How It Works

  • We start with a deep dive into your health goals, current habits, food preferences, and any challenges.

  • I design a custom plan tailored to your unique needs (bio-individual nutrition, not one-size-fits-all).

  • In your kitchen, I prepare meals that support your plan while teaching you every step — knife skills, flavor balance, time-saving techniques, substitutions, and more. Or you can watch me work my magic and enjoy the cuisine with no effort.

  • You practice alongside me, ask questions, and leave with the confidence to recreate these meals yourself.

​Tailored Session Options to Fit Your Lifestyle. Choose a program duration and frequency that perfectly aligns with your schedule and goals:

I offer one- to two-week programs or, for longer goals, 1-, 3-, or 6-month programs to support sustainable progress. Meetings are flexible: once a week, twice a week, or up to five days a week.

Hands-On or Hands-Off: Your Choice

  • Active Participation: Cook alongside me to master techniques and build confidence in your kitchen.

  • Relax & Learn: Sit back as I prepare everything from scratch—you watch the process, ask questions, taste as we go, and absorb the knowledge without lifting a finger.
